Sales Development Representatives (Temp-to-Hire)

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Los Gatos, CA

We are currently recruiting for aggressive self starters with great attitude to
generate and qualify sales opportunities for follow-up by NetLine's direct sales
team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a quota carrying sales role.

 Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound cold calling to generate sales leads.
• Prospect and develop new leads.
• Review and collect prospect information in SalesForce.
• Respond to inbound phone, web and other inquiries delivering basic sales message.
• Provide prospects with appropriate information and/or documentation.
• Contact via phone/email to collect additional information.
• Qualify, develop, nurture, rank and hand off lead as appropriate.
• Work with sales teams and territories to build lead/sales pipeline.
• Participate in call campaigns to populate events
(i.e. user group, seminars, tradeshows).
• Prepare initial account research for and populate SalesForce.
• Perform post event follow up as appropriate.
• Manage pipeline and lead activity.
• Prepare and distribute customer feedback to marketing.


Requirements:

• B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years in lead qualification, telesales or customer service
• Experience successfully calling into executive level (CEO, CMO VP Mktg etc)
• Demonstrated track record at maintaining a consistent call/activity volume and
  achieving measurable goals.
• Territory management expertise.
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written
  communication skills.
• Excellent phone skills and persona.
• Experience working in a highly automated metrics based organization (familiar with
  SalesForce.com or CRM).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, email, voicemail and productivity tools     
  (SalesForce.com or CRM).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and   integrity.
• Familiarity with publishing, hi-tech, marketing, media and technical internet
  marketing delivery mechanisms (i.e. podcasts, RSS feeds etc) a plus.

Senior Account Manager, Online Advertising Sales

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Los Gatos, CA


The Senior Account Manager is responsible for developing, growing and
managing online advertising sales to national accounts and their agencies.
To be successful in this role, you must establish and maintain relationships
with key decision makers by identifying their needs/requirements and closing
the business.

Responsibilities:

• Sell NetLine's online portfolio and its advertising options to targeted national
  accounts and their advertising agencies.
• Identify goals and needs/requirements of prospects and clients, including budgetary
  cycles/amounts and key decision makers.
• Sell across the different online principles of CPM / CPC / CPA, sponsorship and
  marketing services.
• Create effective presentations and proposals for targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with sales management to identify and develop strategies for increasing
  revenue through penetrating key accounts/prospects and up selling.
• Meet and/or exceed personal targets and contribute to the overall online team
  targets (monthly, quarterly and annual).
• Conduct account analysis and revenue forecast regularly.
• Attend appropriate marketing and advertising association events, and communicate
  results to management.
• Maintain excellent account records on SalesForce.com.
• Some travel and evening events will be expected and required.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years online/interactive/advertising or marketing sales experience
  with a proven track record of success with large national accounts and agencies.
• Proven ability to develop accounts, increase revenue and consistently achieve and/or
  exceed aggressive sales goals.
• Strong understanding of our business, online marketing and the advertising community.
• Ability to do consultative selling with customized solutions to fit the client/prospect needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, sales closing, and computer skills
  (PowerPoint, Excel, SalesForce.com).
• Excellent analytical and influencing skills.

Account Executive - Partner Development

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Lansdale, PA

The Account Executive is responsible for acquiring valuable Web Publishers
to be part of NetLine's partner network. The ideal candidate will have experience
in prospecting and establishing new relationships. Expect to spend your days
on the web searching for online publishers and pitching them via email and
phone on how they could generate revenue by offering valuable content through
NetLine's (RevResponse.com) partnership program. This position is located in
Lansdale, PA.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze prospective partners based on their potential value to NetLine.
• Develop new relationships with Publishers by identifying products/services and
  best practices that meet their needs and revenue expectations.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quota and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Audience Development team to optimize current programs and
  implement ancillary product offerings.
• Create and maintain Partner Development pipeline in Salesforce.com.


Requirements:

• B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in
  online advertising/marketing/sales/media buying industry. Experience in Affiliate
  Marketing and/or Search Engine Marketing, a plus.
• Experience successfully using the Internet to prospect leads that otherwise make it
  difficult to be found.
• Experience in cold-calling.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
• Experience with structuring CPM, CPC, CPL and CPA deals or a hybrid is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of online marketing trends, tactics, analytics and current
  events related to affiliate programs and contextual online advertising.
• Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written
  communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Accountant

Position Type: Full-time
Location: Los Gatos, CA

Reporting to the CFO, the Accountant is responsible for the accounting function,
from vendor payments to financial reporting. This position requires an individual
with excellent organizational skills and a proven record of accuracy and attention
to detail in a busy, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, as
well as demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member are
required. This position is located in Los Gatos, CA.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries for both the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary.
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Process semi-monthly payroll and related reports.
• Maintain fixed assets depreciation, prepaid accounts and deferred revenue schedules.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Complete loan compliance and tax reporting.
• Calculate and track sales commissions.
• Process various payment interfaces.
• Perform special projects as required.


Requirements:

• BS degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting.
• Recent payroll processing experience.
• Strong organizational skills, accurate and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ADP Payroll or similar.
• Experience using QuickBooks or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
