possesses an engineering background, and the other extensive eMarketing
expertise, creating a well-balanced management team that perfectly complements
NetLine's technology and services offerings.


Robert S. Alvin
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Robert Alvin founded NetLine in 1994 and has served as CEO since the company's
inception. Alvin draws on more than twenty years of technical expertise and
high-tech management experience to drive NetLine's success.  Alvin has served as
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for HardwareStreet.com, a premier
Internet reseller of computer hardware, software and peripherals. While there he
authored three Internet commerce patents that were filed with the U.S. patent office.
Prior to that, Alvin spent thirteen years in various technology management positions
at Cirrus Logic, his last one being Director of Research and Development. Alvin has
an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a B. S. with
honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida.



Werner Mansfeld
President

Werner Mansfeld brings over eighteen years of finance and operations experience
to his role as President. Before joining NetLine, Mansfeld served as VP Finance,
CFO and Secretary for HardwareStreet.com, a premier Internet reseller of computer
hardware, software and peripherals. In this role Mansfeld developed financial and
operational systems to support the explosive growth of HardwareStreet.com. Mansfeld
previously held the position of Manager, New Products and Business Alliances for International Game Technology, a world leader in gaming products and software systems, and has acted as a financial consultant to various companies. Mansfeld holds an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a B.Com degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.



Robert S. Samuels
Chief Financial Officer

Robert Samuels' dynamic background in the publishing industry includes process
management and financial planning helping guide NetLine's financial operations
and strategic direction. Samuels brings more than 20 years of management and
has contributed in various key roles throughout the company over the past nine
years including finance, client services and audience development. Prior to joining
NetLine, Samuels roles included Chief Financial Officer at Knight Ridder's
Boulder (CO) Daily Camera newspaper, and served as Process Leader of process
reengineering at Knight Ridder's Shared Services Center, where he drove a variety
of process redesign projects for Intranet applications, helping Knight Ridder
redesign, standardize, centralize and automate various administrative and
accounting processes for its 31 daily newspaper operations. As a certified public
accountant, Samuels began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He
holds a B. S. with honors in accounting from the University of Florida.



Jayaram Kalpathy
Chief Technology Officer

Jayaram Kalpathy has over seventeen years experience leading high-technology
product development in both start-ups and large companies. Prior to NetLine,
Kalpathy founded CbCr Technologies, a design services company that developed
Internet appliance, digital video and graphics products. He also served as Vice
President of Engineering at Armedia, Inc., a digital video start-up that was acquired
by Broadcom Corp. and spent eight years leading software development teams at
Cirrus Logic. Kalpathy has an M.S. in Computer Science from Penn State and a
B.S. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Madras, India.



Mitchell Wright
Vice President of Information Technology

Mitch Wright co-founded NetLine and serves as the company's Vice President of
Information Technology. Wright brings nearly 17 years of experience to the role,
with particular expertise in Internet security practices. Wright's expertise in computer
security and system/network management has been utilized by NASA, the
USAF/Pentagon, Adobe Systems, Octel, National Semiconductor, McAfee, and
Cirrus Logic, among others. Wright holds a B. S. in Computer Science from Old
Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and has been an active member of the
Internet community since 1986.



David Fortino
Vice President of Audience Development

David Fortino brings a wealth of expertise in developing strategic distribution
partnerships. His core strength lies in expanding targeted and contextually relevant
audiences through strategic relationships and channel partnerships spanning
leading industry marketplaces. Most recently, Fortino was Director of Business
Development for NetLine, effectively growing NetLine's partner network to over
4000 active and targeted distribution sites. Prior to NetLine, Fortino served as
Director of Strategic Alliances and Audience Development for VerticalNet and
VertMarkets.com. While there, Fortino drove the strategy behind aggressive
audience growth of VerticalNet/VertMarkets' 68 BtoB online properties. Fortino
spearheaded and implemented a plan resulting in VerticalNet's audience
development strategy, moving from a traditional pull model to a distribution and
syndication model, and ultimately shifting cost dependencies away from internal
resources. Fortino holds a B.A. in Media Studies with a track focus on Corporate
Communications from Pennsylvania State University.
