NetLine Leverages Internet Marketing Services to Raise Funds for Disaster Relief

Proceeds will be donated to the United Way's September 11th Fund

BOULDER CREEK, CA (October 2, 2001) — NetLine Corporation, a San Francisco Bay Area-based Internet marketing services provider, today announced that it will donate $1 for each qualified magazine subscription placed through a special "disaster relief" version of its customer acquisition website for the publishing industry, Tradepub.com. The site offers over 200 free trade publications to qualified businesses and their employees.

NetLine will use its email marketing system to notify Tradepub.com's 60,000+ members about the special donation site, located at http://relief.tradepub.com. The company will also employ referral marketing techniques to drive additional traffic to the site, encouraging existing Tradepub.com members to "tell a friend" about the subscription and donation program.

One hundred percent of the money raised will be donated to The September 11th Fund, a joint venture between the United Way and The New York Community Trust. Contributions to the fund are used to help respond to the immediate and longer-term needs of the victims, their families, and communities affected by the events of September 11. NetLine's pledge of $1 per qualified subscription, as well as the donation of Internet marketing services needed to drive the effort, is in direct response to the recent terrorist attacks of September 11.
