Thanks to our Academy members for sending fantastic input to the Churchill Club Awards nomination process.

Now it's time to vote for your favorite nominees. Please click here to access your ballot.

You may vote for up to five nominees for each Award. You have 5 points for each award (20 total for the four awards) to distribute as you wish. Allocate 5 points to 1 nomination or any other distribution of your 5 points – it's up to you.

You don't have to cast votes for all of the awards. Simply register your votes as you desire, and click "submit" at the bottom of the form.

Voting closes on Monday, May 20 at 9:00 AM, so please be sure to send in your votes by that time.

No additional nominees may be added at this time.

Please note that the ballot must be completed in one pass, i.e., you cannot save and reopen a partially completed ballot.
